What is your team's background?
Our team is a group of certified Food Scientists, Technologists, and Development Chefs led by Senior Scientist Sean Gilbride. Sean has Three MSc Degrees in Food & Nutraceuticals. Our team have worked in all sectors of the Food industry, on both research & development, and in Technical Management. In total, our team has over 30 years of experience in the food industry.
